FROSTED SALAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 boxes lemon jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups seven-up
  • 1 crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice (20 ounce )
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, diced (large)
  • Topping
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
Directions
Mix jello, water, seven-up, crushed pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Chill. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg, and butter over low heat until thickened. Let cool and fold in cool whip. Spread over jello.
