Ingredients
16 cups peeled tomatoes
2 tablespoons canning salt
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup parsley flakes
1 tablespoon oregano
2 bay leaves
3 cloves garlic - chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
24 ounces tomato paste
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Directions
Combine and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Hot water bath for 20 minutes for quart jars.
