"I made these over the weekend with chicken, mushrooms, zucchini, onions and peppers. Everyone raved over them. There were some leftovers that made great toppings for a salad the next day."

"We tried this recipe last weekend, it came out very nice. kabobs came out soft juicy and flavorful. Would definitely recommend this recipe to everyone. I made them on my new gift from my wife, Kabobeque BBQ Grill, this grill has automatically rotating skaewers which made this kabob recipe so easy and great."
