A wonderful marinade for steak or pork. Work well with beef or pork tenderloin ......
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 pieces small pieces ginger root (peeled)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate for one hour before grilling/cooking.
