Marinate the chicken cubes in marinade of mango and papaya juice with ginger and rosemary overnight.

Directions

Assembly on soaked sticks and grill.

Ingredients

-		1 pound skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
-		1 each pineapple, cut into 1 inch chunks or use canned
-		1 each Valadia onion, sliced
-		1 each summer squash
-		1 each mango
-		1 each papaya
-		1 tablespoon ginger freshed, diced
-		1 sprig rosemary
