With little prep, this meal bakes itself into a mouth watering meal, while you do what you want for the afternoon!

Directions

In a 9x13 oiled tinfoil pan, mix first 7 ingredients. Lay steak pieces on top. Use a fork to settle them into the sauce. Cover with foil and bake on unheated side of a 250 degree grill....2 hours should do. Add a little milk if it looks dry. This is yummy...even kids eat the broccoli!

Ingredients

-		2 cups uncooked pasta of choice
-		2 cans cream of mushroom soup undiluted
-		1 bunch broccoli chopped coarsely
-		2 packages mushrooms, cleaned, stemmed, and sliced thick
-		1 cup EACH -chopped onion,celery, green and/or red peppers
-		1 tablespoon tarragon
-		1 pinch salt and fresh pepper...to taste
-		3 pounds steak, cheaper cuts work well, cut into serving size pieces
