  • 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash pepper

  • First you need some boiled eggs and peel them. Dice the eggs into pieces.
  • Add butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and microwave for 1 minute.
A great breakfast food. Served hot with butter and salt. No one could ever mess these up. Great use for your Easter eggs and perfect for Easter breakfast. :D
