Ingredients
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup butter, unsalted, melted
Container: 9x13 pan

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumkin, milk, eggs, sugar and spices. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix over the top. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix. Bake for 55 mins. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
