Ingredients
  • 3 to 4 lbs. minute steak
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

  • Combine all ingredients. Place steak in plastic bag; add marinade.
  • Seal the bag and marinate in refrigerator for four hours.
  • Grill steak over medium heat for only 2 to 3 minutes per side.

"My wife has been trying to find a good recipe for grilling minute steak because we have so much of it and normally don't care for it grilled. This recipe was the best we have found and with only having to grill it for a couple of minutes on each side it didn't dry out. I am sure we will be trying it again soon."
