Stuffed Chicken Breast 3 Recipe

  • 1 box chicken stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 4 - 5 chicken breasts (split and boned - 8 - 10 half breasts)
  • 8 - 10 slices boiled ham
  • 8 - 10 slices American cheese
Combine stuffing mix seasoning packet, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes in a large bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter. Roll in crumb mixture. Put a slice of boiled ham and add cheese to top of ham. Roll up chicken breast. Place in a greased 9x13 inch glass pan. Sprinkle any extra crumbs and drizzle any extra butter over top. Cover to keep ham from drying out. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Serves 8 - 10 people.
