Pork Tenderloin 8 Recipe

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 4 strips lean bacon
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
Place tenderloins side by side in large roasting pan.

Wrap bacon across both, tucking ends under loins.

Combine soy sauce, onion, vinegar, pepper, sugar and garlic; pour over top.

Bake at 300° for 1 3/4 - 2 hours. Baste often with juices while cooking.
