Spanish Creole Shrimp Patties Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked rice (Uncle Bens)
  • 1 can tomato condensed soup (can substitute cream of mushroom)
  • 1 can shrimp
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm patty shells
Directions
Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in butter or oleo. Add soup and shrimp. Add cream with milk to make up 1 can. Add rice, heat slowly.

Serve in Pepperidge Farm patty shells (follow directions on pkg.)

Serves: 6
