Steak in Rich Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 - 3 lbs round steak, cubed
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Put meat in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle flour on top. Combine soup mix, water and can of soup. Pour over meat. Cover and bake 325 for 2 1/2-3 hours. Serve over rice.
