Ingredients
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 ounce can)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 ounces cooked and drained spaghetti
1 cup diced chicken, turkey or ham, cooked
1 teaspoon sherry (optional)
Directions
In large skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in soup, water, cheese and sherry (if using). Cook over low heat until cheese is melted; stirring often. Add remaining ingredients; heat through. Makes 3 - 4 servings.
