Stuffed Meatloaf 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • Meatloaf
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • STUFFING
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 slices bacon
Directions
For Meatloaf: Blend all ingredients together and place on wax paper. Pat into a 7 by 14-inch rectangle. Mix together all stuffing ingredients except bacon using enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold shape. Spread mixture on meat, roll up and put in loaf pan. Place 2 strips of bacon on top and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
