| | Directions | | For Meatloaf: Blend all ingredients together and place on wax paper. Pat into a 7 by 14-inch rectangle. Mix together all stuffing ingredients except bacon using enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold shape. Spread mixture on meat, roll up and put in loaf pan. Place 2 strips of bacon on top and bake at 375° for 1 hour. |
