Lina's Korean Kalbi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds Kalbi short ribs (Hawaiian short ribs)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 teaspoons sugar, white or brown
  • 1/2 bunch green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kikoman Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Accent
Directions
In a medium size bowl, mix together all seasonings. Rinse all meat with cold water to remove bone chips. Put meat in a large bowl. Then, pour seasoning mixture over meat. Let marinade for 1 hour on the counter. Barbecue on the grill for 5 minutes on each side. Eat with bowls of steamed rice and salad (sung chee sum). Enjoy! (Serves a family of four.)
