| | Directions | | In a medium size bowl, mix together all seasonings. Rinse all meat with cold water to remove bone chips. Put meat in a large bowl. Then, pour seasoning mixture over meat. Let marinade for 1 hour on the counter. Barbecue on the grill for 5 minutes on each side. Eat with bowls of steamed rice and salad (sung chee sum). Enjoy! (Serves a family of four.) |
