Vegetable Medley Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box white rice (small box)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 onion, diced (small)
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 can string beans
  • Mrs. Dash
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Cook rice according to directions on box. Add vegetables and cans of soup and mix well. Season with Mrs. Dash or other seasonings to taste. Remove heat from bottom of Dutch. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and heat only from top until cheese is melted. It tastes well when served with Saltine crackers. Dutch oven size is 12-14 inches.
