Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (small can)
  • 1 package tortilla chips
Directions
Brown meat in a pan. Cut cheese into small cubes and melt in a separate pot using low heat. Add meat to the melted cheese. Then add can of Rotel to meat and cheese mixture. Finally, grab a bowl of chips and enjoy!
