Ooey Gooey Caramel Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 quarts popped popcorn (more or less to taste)
Directions
Pop popcorn. Hot air popcorn works best.

In a large pot, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup.

Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat. Add baking soda, and stir well. Pour over popped popcorn.

Eat while it's hot and gooey.
