Cheesecake (made with Splenda) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 3 packages cream cheese (2 regular and 1 light) (softened)
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
Mix cream cheese and Splenda. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing after each. Add lemon juice to taste.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Remove from oven when cracks appear on top.
