In medium bowl combine powdered sugar and cream cheese. Mix together. Set aside.
In large bowl add pudding to milk until thick. Add cream cheese mixture. Mix together.
Then fold in whipped topping. Pour on top of Oreo crust. Sprinkle with remaining Oreo crumbs.
Top with gummy worms.
