Melt together in microwave or on stove top, chocolate and butter.
In a bowl mix together sugar, flour and salt; then add to chocolate mixture. Add eggs and pecans to mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies, and frost with fudge frosting. Cool, cut and ENJOY!!!
FROSTING: Combine chocolate, evaporated milk and butter, and heat until melted. Add powdered sugar and vanilla to melted chocolate and beat with mixer until smooth.
