Baked Bananas in Orange Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 firm bananas (medium)
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel (zest)
  • Vanilla ice cream
Directions
Grease 8"x8" pan. Cut each banana in half lengthwise. Place banana cut-side down in pan. Brush with butter. Bake @ 350° uncovered for 10 min. Combine the orange juice, brown sugar & orange peel. Pour over bananas. Bake 10 min. longer. Serve with ice cream. Serves 2.
