Frozen Strawberry Pie 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 graham cracker pie shells (9 inch )
Directions
Combine strawberries with sugar, egg whites, lemon juice, salt and vanilla; beat with electric mixer 15 minutes. Fold whipped topping into strawberry mixture. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into each pie shell. Freeze: top with additional strawberries to serve if desired. Store in freezer. Makes 2 pies, 6 servings each.
