Tangy Apricot-Glazed Ham Recipe

Succulent ham brushed with a feisty glaze of apricot preserves, chili sauce and Dijon mustard.

  • 1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Sliced Half Ham
  • Apricot Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • Remove and discard glaze packet from ham or reserve for another use. Prepare and heat ham according to package directions, uncovering and brushing occasionally with the Apricot Glaze for the last 30 minutes of the heating time.
  • Apricot Glaze: Mix preserves, chili sauce and mustard in small bowl until well blended.
  • Carve ham just before serving.
