Plum-Glazed Ham Recipe

A traditional glaze of honey, mustard and a touch of cloves brushed over a spiral sliced baked ham.

  • 1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Sliced Half Ham (about 9 pounds)
  • Honey Glaze
  • 3/4 cup honey, warmed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Remove and discard glaze packet from ham or reserve for another use. Prepare ham according to package directions, uncovering and brushing occasionally with the Honey Glaze for the last 30 minutes of the baking time.
  • Honey Glaze: Mix honey, mustard and cloves until well blended.
  • Carve ham just before serving.
