Honey-Mustard Tenderloin Recipe

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

  • Combine all ingredients but tenderloin; coat tenderloin well with sauce.
  • Roast in 375 degrees F oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F.
  • Slice thinly to serve.

"I used a small boneless pork roast and thought it was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the pork tenderloin. I did insert pieces of garlic in slits I made on the top and bottom of the small, 2 1/2 lb. pork roast"
