For brownies:
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla on high speed. Melt shortening in saucepan, stir in cocoa and nuts. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Pour shortening mixture into egg mixture. Mix by hand. Stir in flour. Blend together quickly so mixture will pour easily. Pour into 19x13 or (2) 9x13 pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Icing:
Melt Margarine in large saucepan. Stir in coca, keeping mixture hot. Add remaining ingredients quickly and beat until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
