Sad Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pound light brown sugar
  • 2 cups Bisquick Mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • CREAM CHEESE ICING
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 3/4 box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Then turn oven off and let stand in warm oven for another 10-15 minutes until it falls in the middle.

Mix all of the cream cheese icing ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

After cake has slightly cooled. Ice with cream cheese icing and slice into squares and serve.
