Strawberry Cake 14 Recipe

  • 2 boxes strawberry cake mix
  • 3 packages frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed to make plenty of juice
  • 1 box instant white chocolate pudding, vanilla may be used if desired
  • 1 size Cool Whip (regular)
Mix and cook cake as directed on the box and use a large cake pan (I use a lasagna pan because of the size and depth). When done, remove from oven and poke holes all over it. Pour mashed strawberries over cake, making sure the entire thing is covered well. Use all of the berries and juice as it will soak into the cake. Let stand until cake is cool. Mix up pudding as directed on the box. Set aside until it thickens. Fold pudding into Cool Whip and spread over cake. Garnish cake with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!!
