Sausage Sweet Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Premio breakfast sausage
  • 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes mashed
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple slices, drained
Directions
COOK
30 mins
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Cook breakfast sausage as package directs. Drain and place into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
  • Top with mashed sweet potatoes.
  • Mix peanut butter and apple juice. Pour over meat and potato layers.
  • Top with pineapple slices. Bake for half an hour, uncovered.
