- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Cook breakfast sausage as package directs. Drain and place into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
- Top with mashed sweet potatoes.
- Mix peanut butter and apple juice. Pour over meat and potato layers.
- Top with pineapple slices. Bake for half an hour, uncovered.
