Ooey, Gooey Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • Bottom
  • 1 box Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 1 package chocolate chips (6 ounce bag)
  • Top
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pound confectioners sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
Directions
Mix together cake mix, egg and butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Press into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Pour chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Blend together 2 eggs, confectioner's sugar and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Pour over bottom and chips. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
