Fiesta Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 can evaporated milk (2/3 cup 5 1/3 ounce can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (I use peanut butter chips)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream (7 ounce jar)
  • 1 1/2 cups M&Ms plain or peanut chocolate candies
Directions
Combine sugar, margarine, milk and salt in heavy 3 qt. saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil over high heat. Stirring constantly, continue for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Fold in candies immediately and spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. Makes about 3 lbs.
