Uncle Ben's Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice - cook as directed on box
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
Container: 9 x 13 casserole dish
Directions
COOK
45 mins
  • Cook rice as directed on the package.
  • Mix all together and pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees F.
