Potato Sausage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups raw sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 pound grated cheese
Container: Baking dish
Directions
COOK
1.5 hrs
  • Brown & drain sausage.
  • Mix soup, milk, onion, salt, pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer potatoes, soup mix, and sausage. Repeat layers.
  • Dot top with butter.
  • Bake covered at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hrs.
  • Sprinkle top with cheese; heat until melted.
