Lemon Bars 33 Recipe

  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons flour
Mix first four ingredients with a fork. Pat into a 9x13" dish and bake 20 minutes in 350° oven. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while warm. Cut into squares. Good refrigerated.
