Crock Pot Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 small bottle of hot ketchup
  • 1 jar grape jelly (3 oz. jar)
Container: 5-quart slow cooker
  • Combine the ground beef, egg, and onion soup mix.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs; then place in a shallow pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.
  • Add the water, hot ketchup, and the grape jelly to the crock pot and stir until well combined.
  • Add the baked meatballs to the crock pot and cook on the high heat setting for about 1 hour.

    Note: You can make the meatballs ahead of time and freeze them; then when you are ready to use them, thaw them in the refrigerator and heat in the crock pot.
