Rhubarb Slush Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 7-Up or Sprite
  • 8 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
Container: 5 quart plastic container

  • Chop the rhubarb and cook it in 2 quarts water until “saucy”.
  • Add all other ingredients, mix well, and freeze.
  • Make about 1 gallon.
  • Mix with 7-Up or Sprite to serve.
