Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup carrots, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, finely shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 4 hamburger buns (optional)

  • In a medium bowl, combine turkey, vegetables, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings; mix lightly. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Grill until burgers are no longer pink in center, about 4 minutes per side.
