Wasps Nests Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped small (or use pecans)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°.

Beat egg whites and vanilla until stiff.

Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and satiny.

Beat in cocoa.

Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased aluminum foil covered cookie sheet.

Bake 30 minutes
