Ingredients
  • 1 french or Italian bread - 1 loaf unsliced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - or any variety

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Cut French bread in half lengthwise.
  • Mix mayonnaise and cheese and spread over both halves of bread.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve.
