Baked Brie Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces mushrooms - cleaned and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion - diced small
  • 1/4 cup Chardonnay
  • 1 Brie cheese - round or wedge
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 egg - beaten

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Sauté first four ingredients together. The vegetables are done when the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are wilted.
  • Place brie in the center of the pastry dough.
  • Top with vegetable mixture and seal the dough around everything.
  • Brush a little egg on the top of the dough to give it a shiny appearance.
  • Bake until pastry is browned and the cheese is melted
