Putting On The Ritz Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 can Duncan Hines cream cheese icing
  • Ritz crackers
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together dates, pecans, and Eagle Brand milk. Cook mixture until it is thick enough to spread. Avoid overcooking. Spread on Ritz crackers. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes. Cool. Top each cracker with Duncan Hines cream cheese icing.
