| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together dates, pecans, and Eagle Brand milk. Cook mixture until it is thick enough to spread. Avoid overcooking. Spread on Ritz crackers. Place on cookie sheet and bake 8 minutes. Cool. Top each cracker with Duncan Hines cream cheese icing. |
