PERKINS CHOCOLATE CAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups cold water
Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except flour and mix to blend. Add flour. Stir only until moistened. Pour into 9x13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
