Ingredients
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening, (1/2 cup oleo & 1/2 Crisco)
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup oatmeal
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 1/3 cups Spanish peanuts
Directions
in mixer beat sugars and shortening; then add eggs. Mix well. By hand add flour, then rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° on a greased cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes or until done.
