Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained (14 ounce can)
  • 1 package chopped spinach thawed and drained (10 ounce package)
  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Romano cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups monitory jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 1 qt baking dish.

2. Mix ingredients together - hold some cheese for topping at end

3. Bake 25 minutes

4. Scoop mixture into a bread bowl and top with remaining cheese

5. Put in oven and broil until cheese is melted and golden - be careful not to burn

6. Serve with the extra bread cubes or tortillas
